H.E.L.P. (Help in Emergency and Long-term Planning)

HELP is a cooperative effort between Richmond area churches and Commonwealth Catholic Charities of Richmond. The parish supports HELP financially and through food pantry donations five times per year and also with Stewards who volunteer at the office assisting people who are in need of immediate financial assistance or food. Stewards also follow up with help in planning and accessing other resources to enable a person or family to reach stability.



Time commitment: Training and formation are provided. Hours are flexible and limited only by your availability. This is a weekday commitment of a minimum of one three- hour shift. For additional information, contact Commonwealth Catholic Charities.
