DON’T YOU WANT TO JOIN US

Well this brings an end to the Redeemer Players 3rd year.  Our numbers haven’t grown much but we sure have had fun.  We would love to have more members, however.

For those of you who are not familiar with the Redeemer Players, we are a drama group that presents short plays and readings 2 to 3 times during the church year.  Rehearsals normally are one evening a week for a couple of months prior to the presentation and last for 1 to 1 ½ hours.

A call for a cast is normally placed in the Good News and bulletins prior to the 1st night of rehearsals.  We are always looking for new members.

Everyone who has participated in any of our presentations has enjoyed the time spent and the new friends made.  After our last play we had three new members to join us and they have commented numerous times how much they enjoy the time spent at rehearsals.

As you can see in this program we not only need people to perform but also to help with the behind the scenes activities.

Please take a few minutes after the play and talk with our members and find out how much fun they have.

I hope you will watch for future notices in the bulletin and the Good News for 1st rehearsal nights and consider joining the Redeemer Players.    Please feel free to contact me, or any of the Redeemer Players, if you have any questions.  You can contact me at home 559-2062 or by E-Mail at donbyrne@attbi.com .
