In order to become registered with the parish, we need for you to fill out a registration form. You may obtain a registration form on the website under the Home tab, under On-line forms; from the Church office; or on the kiosk in the Church Commons by the front door. If you have any questions regarding your membership, please contact the Office during business hours, Monday through Friday from 8:30am to 4:30pm. Thank you.
